She has spent the past 30 years researching and developing products to solve consumer problems in the personal care and cosmetic industry. Her primary focus has been on skin care but also on makeup products. She is currently board member of Sicc (Italian Society Cosmetic Chemists) and she is specialized in training. Full-service project management for the cosmetics sector (R & D, industrialization, technical advice / legislation and related microbiological problems). Thanks to its expertise and its networking is a direct access to selected and unique ingredients, technologies and subcontractors.
